What payment forms do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. We also accept
checks or money orders.
How can I place an order?

a day, 365 days a year with your Paypal account.

How will my order by shipped?
All products in stock will be shipped via USPS priority flat
rate within 48 hours. You will typically receive your order within 5-7
business days. Local pickup is also available if you live in the northern
Minneapolis metro area. Call 763-757-5539 if interested.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated by weight. $5.00 for orders up to 1
pound. $10.35 for orders over 1 and up to 5 pounds. And $15.00 for orders
over 5 pounds.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship to US residents only.
Do you charge sales tax?
MN residents will be charged 6.75% sales tax.
Do you sell to wholesalers?

What is your return policy?
We are very proud of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with
any of our products, please let us know.
However, due to the personal nature of soap and bath/body care products,
all sales must be final. No refunds, exchanges or returns. If you feel
that we at Nature's Elements have made an error, please contact us and
we will work with you for the best solution.
What is your privacy policy?
We at Nature's Elements know how important it is to keep your personal
information from getting into the wrong hands. Thats why we only collect
the information needed to process and ship your order and NEVER share
your information. We do not keep credit card information on file.
What makes your products 100% natural?
Nature's Elements uses only 100% pure vegetable glycerin and plant extracts
as a base for our soap. We add 100% essential or fragrance oils, colorant,
and botanicals to soften, soothe, and moisturize the skin. We believe
that skin care starts with what nature provides in abundance for us
to use.
How should I care for your products?
For best results and to keep your products fresh as the day they were
made, you should store them in a cool, dry place and away from direct
sunlight. Like any bar soap, ours should be kept in a soap dish when
used so they last longer and don't get too mushy.
Are your products safe for the environment?
Nature's Elements products contain no petro-chemicals, parabens or other
artificial preservatives, no artificial phosphates or sulfates, and
no phthalates. We try to use only PET bottles and containers as they
are more recyclable. No animals are tested or harmed in the creation
of our products.
How safe are your products to use?
Plant extracts and minerals heal the skin. Your skin is the largest
organ of the body, absorbing nutrients that can end up in your body.
Unlike most merchandise on today's market, Nature's Element's products
are made from all natural, hypo-allergenic, non-toxic ingredients. We
test and use all of our products on a daily basis.
How does Nature's Elements support the community?
We are proud to give back to the community by donating some of our products
to local charitable organizations.

Because every product is handcrafted, we cannot guarantee that any product
will be consistent in appearance or color from one batch to the other.
Our soap/bath/body products are for external use only. If skin irritation
occurs discontinue use immediately. Nature's Elements is not responsible
for any injury incurred by use or misuse of any product. Although our
products are handmade using natural ingredients, the possibility of
allergic reaction/skin sensitivity is possible. If you experience any
reaction discontinue use and consult a medical professional. If you
